Ideally, run motor first, to soften carb-to-head rubbers. 2.5mm Allen on a couple of flexible shafts on a driver. Once clamps are loosened, use a thin piece of hardwood to prise carbs and rubbers off head spigots. Release choke cable from carb bank and release idle screw from frame cross member. Is it a YB6 exup or Genesis? The exup has a very different air box to the Yamaha, so the carbs need re-jetting from what they came with from Rimini. Likely, the same with the Genesis motor, but I’m not familiar with those. If it hasn’t been apart for a long time, think about replacing both the air box and carb-to - head rubbers for a better seal. Good luck!
