Nobody…… who can help me. Confused

You do not say that you guys torque to a 1/4 turn before breaking. Shocked

When I removed al the bolts there was grease on it (white grease), is that normal for the sb6 Question

Someone.......... Exclamation

I'll go check the manual but confident there are no torque figures in there.
I'll also check the 6R manual.....It's a bit more helpful Wink

Sorry, still no torque settings in my Bimota manuals so my advice is................

Stop tightening before the bolt breaks

I'll get my coat

Thanks Oily, Very Happy

Then I’ll use the normal torque settings belonging to the diameter of the bolt.

So, now I hope I can finish my bike in time.

Coat not needed. Laughing

Can't you simplu torque it to the standard value for a bolt of that diameter ???
Those bolts are best to have some coppaslip on so you'll need to decrese it by a percentage.

Personally I 1/4" drive socket so I don't over tourque the bolts

The ONLY useful information in the SB6 manual has been plagiarised straight from the GSXR 1100 manual Wink

Just installed the forks and torque the bolts, there was still enough grease on the thread so I did decrease 10% of the torque value.

Thanks guys.
Very Happy

Bimota says:

Axle Nut: 130NM (but I use 60NM)
Fork Quick release screw: 15NM

Paioli says
Fork Quick Release Screw, Upper and Lower Fork Clamp bolts: 22NM (I use 15NM)

Nothing mentioned for the caliper assembly bolts

Front swing cap bolts are 2,2 kgm + 2,5 kgm
The caliper bolts (M10) are 4.1 kgm + 4.4 kgm

According to Paioli RSU 46 & brembo manuals.
