No, but I put one on a DB2SR (briefly, before I swapped the ECU entirely).
I haven't checked the DB5 setup, but would imagine it to be fairly similar. Two things to watch out for:
1) The wiring for the injectors were reversed from what the PC was expecting - swapping the two pins in the injector connectors on the bikes' loom fixed that.
2) On the DB2SR, the PC was counting revs from the injector pulses, and the OEM was spitting two squirts per revolution. This gave the PC a higher RPM. Usefully Dynojet had a firmware patch for that and I could fix it with simply flashing the PC-V.
I suspect neither of these things might be a problem for the DB5, but worth mentioning.
Dynojet support were excellent.
Regards,

I put a Power Commander 3 on a DB6 with a Pegaso ECU about 18 months ago. I'm glad I did too. |

Two PC3's were recommended by DynoJet when I spoke to them a couple of years ago: 717-411 (for a Monster 1000DS) or 711-411 (for a Ducati 998).
They're both quite scarce now & it took some hunting to find one - I eventually tracked down & fitted a 711-411. Note that the wiring to the injectors is reversed (Hindsight found the same thing).
Good luck |

No problem Pascal .
You're right about other options - JetPrime being one. There appear to be some other DynoJet clones too - ie MAGNUM Dyno-Boost Motorcycle Performance Chip & the DM Pro Bimota DB5 DB5R S DB6 R Power Module Programmable Control Unit (to name but two. I've seen others).
I've no experience with any of them, other than the PC3. If you fit anything other than a PC3 it would be good to know which one you chose (& why), how easy it was to fit & tune, & how the bike rides.
Good luck |

I'l order the jetprime and will make a comment about. I hope to correct my fuel richness. |
