Hiya,
You could try these guys:
http://www.bimota-parts.de/?gclid=CJ-7jYOKwKoCFUQOfAodzC9Z7g

I managed to find a filter in halfords which did the job too. Just took the filter in and checked all of the boxes until I found one. Can't remember which car it was for - it might have been a fiat??.

There may be a K&N type performance version of the car filter too.

It might be worth knowing that the YB11 filter is the same fit and probably the same filter.

Cheers,
Zomb

The paper one is the same as that fitted to an Austin Allegro. K&N is off a KWAK Z-1 1973-75 part No KA-0800.

There's more than engine used in Alegro's, the A series upto 1275cc and I think the E series 1500 and 1750 cc

Whilst there may well have been several models of that automotive travesty, I can't believe that any of them had anything but a tightly wound rubber band under the bonnet Laughing

Might be able to sort you a paper one BDS if you're stuck.

Sure they weren't great cars but then you have to look at cars of the time in general. They were designed on drawing boards and probably with slide rules instead of calculators. Cheap.

Of course you could have had a Fiat of the same vintage.

Hi

My Dieci (which I assume is the same air filter setup as the YB8) has the K&N element in it now. Did require a very minor mod.

All the best

Keith

I am searching for a replacement air filter for my 91 Dieci. Do you have the K&N part number?
