first post and looking for help please.

I have a brand new V due belly pan i picked up ages ago, supposedly straight from the factory. anyway i have decided to sell it but having now unwrapped it i find its been rather crudely made wider by about 1"/25mm !! with some ally brackets.






Needless to say the resulting stress has broken the centre fixing.Can anyone shed any light on this ? were they simply too narrow from the factory ? If i remove the brackets and assemble properly will it then be too narrow ?

Any help would be great thanks

Hi Trev, if you want it i was looking for £100. The problem will be the shipping will probably be that again too Aus from the UK. because of the size of the box. Obviously i can separate the two sides but its still going to quite a big package. Let me know if you are interested and i will look at some accurate postage costs.
