could eany of you more practically minded people advise me on front wheel removal on my SB6 rather than lifting underneth on the exust pipes i was thinking of some sort of paddock stand ie head stand but i fear one would not fit because of location of battery box.please let me know what system you use to get you front wheels out

I use a front paddock stand that slots into the underside of the steering stem Wink

Thank you for your reply i am worried that this type of stand (A HEAD STAND) would foul because of the battery box mounted below the bottom yoke have got one that fits if you have what make is it and does it clear with fairing fitted

Yes I've got one that fits without fouling any part of the bike or fairing Wink

I think it's a Micron. Had it for quite a few years now.

This is a modern version of the one I use with no fouling issues at all......

Head stock stand works on mine. Bought it last year at the bike show, can't remember if it was from busters or M&P. Think it is made by Biketech or something like that.

I use the under pipes method to get the front wheel up, makes it easy to get the fairing off too.
