As Oily keeps telling me, there is no logic to what Bimota used ( probably bin ends or job lots) to adapt engines to thier frames.
I assumed that the engine (sb6) was GSXR1100W(S or W) but just this week
I went to get exhaust retaining collets ( 2 piece)to find out that they were only used on the R & P version ( the S,T,W version all have circular gasket held in by exhaust clamp )
I now use OEM parts searches to see if there is a difference, I have found the
two listed below quite usefull, tag on the various years , 93,94,95,96
then select GSXR1100W (P,R,S,T,W) to see if there are differences.

Hope this is of some help _________________ Marty

Already your forgetting Marty
The exhaust is Bimota's "own" so they would use whatever method of exhaust clamp suited best and looked best and fitted their wallet best
The SB6 engine is GSXR 1100 W...............................s/t/v |

And just to give you a clue Gaz..............

Read carefully and then hope it's the clutch master cylinder as everything else requires some degree of engine removal which is going to mean a big bill
Just sell it to me and save all the hassle and expense
P.S. which TOC do you work for? |
