Hey, Stock car, we don't suffer from "blame" culture we suffer from "liability" culture.
Unless you are talking about this type of scenario.

"I crashed my bike, it must be the track owners fault. I think I'll sue them".....

Those are the guys that I would want to bash their heads into the track, until they get it right.....LOL! Laughing
