I was worried about my forks "weeping" a bit. Crying or Very sad

Being an "old school" mechanic, I tried an "old school" trick.

Idea Using a stout PAPER business card, I inserted it, corner first, past the dust seal, then past the oil seal and gently slid it all the way around the circumference of the fork tube, at the same time gently moving it up and down. You must keep the card tightly wrapped against the fork tube! This removes (or just moves) any small bits of crud or debris from between the seal and the tube and allows the seal to have a uniform fit all the way around.

IT WORKED!!! The weep is gone and my forks work beautifully. Very Happy
