Hi all,
I'm creating a spreadsheet to cover as many Bimota models and parts as possible, for replacement items.
Things like the headlights on a YB4 are Aprilia, rear indicators on some models are ducati, etc, etc
If any of you know what replacement new parts can be found and from what manufacturer then add them here.
I'd like -
Bimota model - xxx
Item - xxx. ie.Indicators
Donor bike/manufacturer - xxx
Part number -
and maybe supplier and any other info you'd suggest.
When a few of the boxes have been filled I'll put the details up for correction and additions. Hopefully over time we will get a good source of information for caring for our beloved* Bimotas.

Hi
I have been meaning to knock up a page for this site with similar info on it.
Would you be willing to share the info with me so I can sort this out?
As to bits, first ones I can think of
DB2 rear light = Cagiva Freccia / Morini Dart rear light
BB1 mirrors = Gilera CX125
All the best

Well here we go, I followed that info for the DB2 rear light from the Bimota Enthusiasts newsletter, and contacted North Leicester Motorcycles as they apparently had stock. They had stock of the part number but the part they had didn't have the twin round elements built into the reflector, yeh its only a single bulb but the unit they had was single lens fitment, sent pictures by email, they sent ones back, but wasn't the same (as they had in stock) would love to have got one as a spare, and possibly Cagiva Freccia rear lights probably less common than DB2 units on the 2nd Hand market |

Hi
Think the Freccia rear light has an insert inside with 2 round cutouts to give the impression of twin bulbs.
All the best
