well not had the 6R on the road for most of the summer as the MOT ran out in May and with being busy at work i just haven't had time to sort again.........
8.30 this morning i called in to see my friendly MOT man and after a short test (involving discussing the various merits/trinkets iof the bike more than testing) she passed with flying colours.........

lunchtime meet up with a few mates and trundle over to Middelton teesdale for a cuppa, and then up past High Force waterfall thro' Alston to Hartside cafe.........another cuppa, back down to Alston for some fuel and straight thro' to Hexham and then off onto the A68 and back around thro' Consett..........

all in all a cracking days ride and even got a bit more to grips with the handling of it (although its still far too stiff!!), all hot and sweaty now as the temps were 20's all day!!
