Thats a great idea. The last carbed version of the 750 ( SRAD ) was almost perfect. I preferred it to the first injection version by a country mile!

Isn't the SRAD a downdraught head though .... the carbs would be up in the tank somewhere.

The SB7 used the GSX-R750W RR engine so really a set of Flatslides would be period for it. However you could modify later K something fuel injection to work.
If the bike cuts out at low speed I wonder if it's the Trottle Possition Sensor they work like a volume control on a radio, the carbon track gets worn.

The SB7 uses the SP version of the WP,WR and WN engine so i figure using one of these would be the best option as it would be a straight swap and they all use carbs so that would sort out the fuel injection issues.

He is getting closer to the mark if it was running ok. With the faults though it still may be a little expensive. Do you know if he rectified the problem? If he did, and Aussie Duncan is not interested in it any more then I may be...

Hi, too bad but it is just a big risk when you are buying this bike...the owner is not sure about the status and he thinks it's a ignition problem....i think it has something to do with the injection....best thing with these bikes i think is strip it down and replace the engine for a carburettor version.

Sad to say if I was stuck on a desert island with just one other person I would rather it be an Aussie or kiwi then the average fat, ignorant, bigoted English moaning lager swilling tracksuit wearing pub-crawling football fan arse hole...
