I will check out if the seller already changed his mind about the sb7 and is willing to lower his price to make it more interesting to ship to new-zealand. Very Happy

I would suggest 4000 euro would be the top price Wink

In fact, maybe I would consider it at that price Laughing

Johan did indeed try and broker a deal for me but unfortunately it's not to be.
The seller values it at much more than I. Shame as I thought I had filled that SB6/SB7 hole in my life.
Oh well the search continues Wink

I think that seller has had it listed for over a year now and it hasnt sold, surely by now youd think that he would realise that hes probably not going to get what he wants for it.

Im currently bidding on a RC30 that would wipe out my Bimota budget, just a few niggles tho as its a Jap spec model(small headlights and black mirrors) and it has 53000kms on the clock. Not sure i want it enough to bid past reserve(about 7.5k pound) as it would mean no SB7 or 8 for another couple of years.

In a perfect world id go to the IOM pick up a Bimota along the way and then send it home. Ive been 6 times and never ridden a bike around the island. Even when i had a bike in London i still left it behind as the IOM was a break from dispatching, 600-1000miles a week could leave you alittle over riding bikes.

Bidding on the RC30 started to get high, it reached $20k before the seller pulled the auction about a week before it was due to close, i dont think he realised how much people want these bikes.

Ive been looking on the Spuerders.nl website and the SB7 that has been listed on there isnt too be seen, has someone brought it?

SB7 back on ebay from hythe hill motorcycles, was listed awhile ago but vanished so i figured it had sold, the price is 1000pounds cheaper than last time so did someone buy it and not enjoy the bike so sold it back to them?

After reading a SB6 thread on here should i just bite the bullet and make an offer or hold out for something else. I was after a purple splash one but the green is growing on me and i can always respray down the way. At 9k it is at my budgets maximum and once i factor in shipping, duties, gst etc etc itll end up being a $25000 bike. There is a SB6 for sale here in NZed for $15000 which is by far the cheaper option. Is it time to stop sitting on the fence and actually buy something?
