Its the 21st December and I still haven't received a single Christmas Card from Ethiopia. Do they know its Christmas Time??  |

If you were to sponsor a child you would be guaranteed of one it is pretty safe to say. Why don't you send a letter with your request to Santa?

| I think perhaps the fact that its a "joke" may have excaped the folk from down under, based upon the Bob Geldof Xmas song of the 80's "Do they know its Christmas time" Ethiopian Appeal, Live Aid??? |

No snow here either. In fact a pleasant 32 degrees Celsius atm. Our coldest day in winter is not a lot hotter than a GB summers day.
I hold a British passport along with an Australian one, so even though I have GB credentials, I don't understand the joke?
Can you point out where the humour or joke is? I would love to understand what it is that I am missing?
