I'm toto from italy, new user of the forum!
i'm a proud owner since 2001 of a DB4 ie with some modification all do by myself!

Welcome to the forum. Once you figured out photobucket it's no problem anymore (picture from 2009):



Why did you respray your fairing and monocoque? Was it originally a red one? Looks like the frame is black anodized too?

no, mine is a IE version, red.
the frame is mirror polished (by myself).

i've paint the fairing becaause 10 year ago i crash down, not a lot of damage for her sul month in hospital for me.... Smile

A white db4 is nice too, I find it more spectacular than the red one.

Please post some more pictures. Easy method: first: create photobucket account (free), second: upload your pictures to your photobucket album and third: copy [IMG] link of your picture into your text.

That is some serious polishing ! Looks great when it's kept up to standard. It's a very good idea to build your own headlight cover, the simple ideas are the best. Wink

I buy it on ebay.au it fits a cbr1000 but need some modification in the 1st plate, the one with a lot of hole for set the distance (sorry but I don't know how to call it in english.......)
