Hi,

I find I am looking for a top front fairing for my SB6r, don't ask me how the fairing cracked as I have viewed and polished many times this winter and just noticed a crack about 30mm along fairing side bar just after attaching to fairing frame just below screen. Only me and wife and she dose not even go in to garage loads of space around her but I don.t remember knocking her. Ouch, any advise much appreciated, can repair on or other and keep bike on road coming spring.

Cheers
Paul

Many thanks looks like even I could bond it then have painted later if not in time for spring, as for space round my wife! not at moment she seems to be inflating just like the new mattress she has just bought (memory foam) comes rolled up when opened about 2" thick 3 hours later 7" amazing.

sorry dear did mean to imply, just in case she reads this stuff.

Many thanks
Paul

Plastex is soooo easy to use. Cut the crack into a bit of a V on the back, then put some cross cuts into it. Put some masking tape on the face side and get fully bonded with the back of your nail. Fill into the V cut and wait about ten mins. Take off the tape.

I thought those plastic sergeons had some trouble with that mamory foam Razz

the most space my wife gets is when she has had brussel sprouts. Even the cats go out for the night and the children ask to go to granny's. Just saying. Shocked

It seems that, of late, a lot of posts on this forum quickly go off track. I forgot about this until now Paul.
