Tax disc has been delivered and fitted to bike, V5 registration document now arrived from DVLA, and they don't even log any previous owners on it, told them there were 2, but apparently they don't count if they are foreigners.
New Michelin Power Sport tyres fitted, slight grumble spotted in the rear wheel bearings so these were changed and a slight grumble in the sprocket/cush drive assembly so these were changed as well. Tyre fitter man has OCD so insisted I reference the DB4 workshop manual for the correct Torque settings for the wheels.
Old discs taken off and new SPS version Brembos fitted also....Oh and perhaps a open clutch cover also just to up the noise at the lights.

First proper run due tomorrow to scrub in the tyres, pictures to be taken

Will do, shes done more miles going to and from the MOT station and the lad that did the tyres and changed the discs whilst I was at work stuck another 6 miles on it, perks of the job I suppose. Was supposed to be driving to Brum and back tomorrow but it got cancelled last minute, oh joy of joys!
Slightly torn as to whether to strip the "old Girl Ruby" as she was once called, but what the heck, have to try and kick my Airfix model days of trying to complete all in one day, time for fun methinks.... Laughing

Hell, yes. Need to balance the prep / ride equation tipped well into the ride side!
