Kin el, you call me a loon?
I was trying to work out how many laps he would have to fit in in ONE track day to accumulate that mileage Rolling Eyes

1200 miles on clock at Indy circuit of 1.2 miles would be exactly a 1000 laps. Lap record is 1.02 ish. So it would take 1000.33 minutes to do 1200 miles. which is 16.hrs 35 mins ish

1200 miles on GP circuit of 2.3 miles would be 521.74 laps.
Lap record pace is 1 minute 25 seconds. So it would take 739.13 minutes to do 1200 miles.
which is 12 hours. 20 mins ish

factor in lower lap times, fuel stops, tyre changes rider changes etc. you really are looking at 24 hours endurance round.

If I can get that amount of track time for the cost of an average trackday i would be a happy man.

my head hurts
