Just got home with the new member of the stable......

Thanks v12al........

Needs a good fettle which is to be expected for an early bike which has been used. Good job I'm shooting off on holiday now or it would be in bits all over the garage floor tonight Wink

Quite liking the green flashes which are allegedly, original Crescent Bimota. Can any one confirm or does anyone have any details/information on Cresent Bimota?

I think Brian suffers the same OCD as myself, as it is slughtly different, the green swirls on the side panels are different widths, one has standard indicators and the other retro fitted "blister" ones......Picture a bit small to see of the green pin-striping is on the nose cone or not... Laughing

Yep.......definitely OCD Wink

The avatar picture is an old one and the others are fresh off the press Wink

Who knows what colour it will end up........thinking of parking it in the town centre and charging a quid each to let the kids graffiti it Wink

Looks good so far, I stumbled on this in my quest to find something rare and japanese Surprised
http://newhaven.craigslist.org/mcy/2865426866.html
looks similar, wouldn't be anything to do with green/white/red of the italian flag?
Either way 4bims I like it

Not sure about the green wheels, Phil, but otherwise it looks good. So was the green stripe factory applied, or by Crescent Bimota as mentioned earlier by Oily?

my guess is more likely tricoloeur (?) colours for the italian flag, so my guess painted at the factory like that. I have to say I reckon it's better colours than the red/white/black. it would be my choice, so Oily when you've finished with it. .. . . .

Yeah maybe OCD... avatar bike has black mirrors and oily's picture has red mirrors. Plus the other obvious stuff... Very Happy
