Cheers for that Pomps, its not often I laugh allowed on my own at 7am in the morning but I did chuckle at that one.
I'd love to see such a "tarts handbag" back together again, or at least partly reconstructed as a sculpture of 90's "pop art". Eh and Nige, wipe that dust off the wheels, my OCD plays up when I see such dirt. I also wasn't certain whether theres a radiator there also Or is it a posh Door Mat with ally edging?? |

Very funny
No matter how I look at this sad collection of parts, I can only see one outcome and it's not good. Too many nik nak's missing to make it a realistic project. Art? yep that's the answer, I'd have it hung on the (garage) wall
Any indication on price for this rainbow coloured piece of art? _________________ SB6 mk1 (project mega light, big bore)

Some beautiful engineering there! I agree oily, it would certainly be a conversation piece hanging on the wall of the shed.

There is a radiator, but it looks more like one off a Bimota jap four than the curved one off the Tesi, I'll have to check the Superbike article on the actual racer. |

Hi, Yes been lurking and waiting for a Tesi to come up for beer money, just didn't expect it to be in so many bits. I don't own a Bimota (yet). A small collection of Dukes ('76 900SS, MkIII350D, bitsa), Guzzi Quota, Ossa, 1929 Triumph. I've been interested in alternate front ends since Nessie, Elf, Baker, et al and top of the list is a Tesi ES/EF. My life's plan to become fabulously well-to-do and own a fleet of terribly expensive machines seems to have hit a snag or two so maybe 47.5% of a Tesi is a reasonable compromise. So price? And is there a list of what is missing? Thanks for the welcome. Regards, Dale |
