This bike is still on MSO, and I emailed all of the documentation to the Seller (a BMW dealer), showing that the bike is up for REPOSSESSION as part of a Federal lawsuit between BIMOTA Spa and Jean-Marc Rosseau (ex-Bimota NA).
I have had a similar problem with a bike from NATIONAL POWERSPORTS. Ebay and the FBI had the funds returned.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, there is a Bimota DB7 for sale from the same Seller.
