Guys not planned for the tea party yet- but it sounds like he'll soon be 'one of us' on this forum
congratulations on the DB5- I saw it first on the 'other' forum- you obviously updated your garage there a bit quicker than here.
Are we going to get pics and stuff? What colour, trico or red/silver?

Just secured a motor for it (900SS injection). And have some engine mounting studs on order (Oily!!). And a carbon front mudguard is on its way from the USA. And the missing front torque arm is being machined somewhere in Northamptonshire. And I have purchased part of an exhaust system for it.
Thats all for now. _________________ Bimota SB6 and Benelli TNT 899S road bikes.

Hello,
this is going to sound a bit bonkers, GeeKay, but have you seen the Tamiya 1/35 Tesi plastic model? It might give some clues to the shape and fitting of odd parts on your bike that wouldn't normally be visible. Just a thought,
Cheers, MikeJ |

It aint Bonkers Mike, I know that GeeKay already has the model kit and is checking it out, apparently tolerances on the "scale" aren't quite good enough for machining new parts though |

only that it has spent the last 17 years in various people's lofts or garages.
Which only leaves it's first 5 or 6 years un-accounted for
Thats why I was hoping the Superbike article would enlighten me further. _________________ Bimota SB6 and Benelli TNT 899S road bikes.

might just be your bike before it went racing?
I remember seeing a 'Kinetic Art' Tesi painted in white(?) with a big rectangle on the side with the company logo in it. They could all be the same bike? I hope they didn't 'modify' too many Tesis. _________________ Bimota DB2 tricolore, Bimota YB4e.i, Ducati 851 tricolore, Ducati Hailwood Replica, 1968 Gitan Grillo sport, Yamaha GTS1000, Honda Deauville, Honda GB500 Clubman
