I fuelled 20 km before this started. I cant find the problem. Can anyone Help me?
Since it is with fuel injection Can it be water?
Any Help would be much apriciatet.

Probably one of two things..........

dodgy Italian electrics which usually pack up as soon as a rain cloud appearers on the horizon...

OR water in the fuel Crying or Very sad

Bimota's do not tend to enjoy being run in the rain, especially for four hours Wink

First thing to do is take the bodywork off and let it dry out - then if it starts ands runs ok it's more likely to be elecrtrical.

If you look in the tank with a torch you might see if there's water in there. It would sink to the bottom so it could have got in when you filled up. Drain the tank and use new fuel.

Did the motor turn over ok - if it was slow to turn I'd suspect the battery and charging system.

If it turned over ok but wouldn't fire then the igniton or fueling. Check the fuel filter and listen for the fuel pump clicking.

If you suspect the electrical loom take the connectors apart one by one see they're clean an put a small amount Petrolium Jelly (Vaseline) on them before putting them back together.

Is it an inline fuse or part of a fuse box ??? either way clean it up and put bit of vaseline on the connectors.
Follow the wires and check the next componant to see if water can get in it and cause a short.

Doesnt your bike have air ducts to the air filter? Maybe sucking water in?, did you fill up with part bio fuel? This has been known to cause probs on some bikes, connectors- you can get a silicone connector spray from a good electric supplier, or as prev said , vaseline! The water could be blocking the injector causing a protection fail on the fuse, it wont fine mist like benzine does, better than feeding your engine aqua! My sb8 had just a wee bit of rain on wed night, and was instantly noticeable, sucking droplets and into the air filter! Was out today and was ok! You can also get a product thats fuel freindly and it gets shut of water whilst in fuel tank, but better to drain as there might have been water in the fuel you bought!also water is heavier then petrol, so you might be able to salvage most of your fuel! No smoking or naked ladies;) good luck!
