Not disappointed at all. I do like it. I'm keen on all that sort of stuff too. I often watch 'American Pickers' on TV and drool at some of the stuff that those yanks hoard. My mrs doesn't like me watching those shows as she thinks they give me ideas _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

Yeah... i need a bigger hangar now. Or, i could get off my arse and finish some (or even one for that matter) of the projects in my shed. I've got bikes pulled in bits everywhere. Or i could have a clean out of some of the crap that i've been hoarding for years _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

That yb7 of yours Nige is surely cursed !!!!!
At least it is towards the end of the season and you have all winter to heal and tinker in the garage.
But look on the bright side , a new opening of unfilled floor space in the garage !!!!! Best start looking |

hi vort
don't think it's for rebuilding as it broke off the headstock. yes think it is cursed! room in garage already booked - SB3's coming from Italy in a couple of weeks. hard work using a spanner and screwdriver left handed as already tried!!! will persevere though _________________ KB1x2, SB3 SB4 BB1 DB2 Vdue Evo YB11 RB1 Ducati MHR Suzi GS650 |

Bummer of a break Nige...wish you a speedy recovery....right arm is it? Not such great news either......Give us a rundown on where you ended up....through the Mini or over its roof?.........Part of me is glad for the great extended Summer we are having...and the other part of me is not as there seems to be an increase in careless drivers of late..I've had a few close calls this year more than I'd normally have......and one "off" on the DB5R....with a woman pulling out on me from a T junction....
Early days but you buying back the bike if only to strip for parts? a lot of similarity with Db2 for discs, brakes, wheels etc....and that shiney new ally tank........Am sure Lammie would be interested....... |
