Can anyone tell me what the air filter in the DB6 looks like? _________________ "kick the tires, light the fires" |

With some slight contorsionism I was able to get to the filter for inspection without taking the tank off. My 2007 has a foam filter supported by a metal frame. Not quite a rectangle. My concern was being able to find a replacement filter if it was paper but in this case it should be washable. _________________ "kick the tires, light the fires" |

Wash it gently, when you do....
Similar one on my DB4 totally disintegrated when I tried. Ended-up making a replacement out of an AC filter... _________________ 2000 DB4 tricolor (or is that tricolour ??)

2008 Moto Guzzi Griso 1100. Weighs as much as 3 Bimotas, but is somehow still fun... |

Yes, don't be using petrol or other similar solutions, I use K&N air filter cleaner then flush with water and re-oil and rub in and repack between the mesh layers, same as on a DB4 carb |
