A busy two weeks ahead - I'm up at 4am tomorrow to take a comfy 1 hour flight to Bilboa, I will then be meeting a mate and making my way back on an uncomfortable 12 day 1200km cycle ride, top to bottom across the second most mountainous country in Europe!

Anyone interested in seeing how I am getting on can pick up the 'live timing' progress here - http://yougodo.blogspot.com.es/2012/09/length-of-spain-cycle-ride-live-progress.html

I'm using a cool free android mobile phone app/tool for anyone wanting to the do the same on their Bimota rides - but take care - I'm not sure you can turn off the speed on the website screen! Not a worry for me on the Trek!

And in case anyone is worried that their may not be a sponsorship opportunity Wink worry not - I'm supporting The Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Cancer Research UK and Alzheimer’s Research UK via this page - http://www.charitygiving.co.uk/paulbell - all three are indirectly helping people ride Bimota's faster and longer Wink

Pedalling Paul Embarassed

Must have caught us driving to the kick off point today - now doing zero in a bar near the kickoff point. Start pedalling tomorrow.

Yes a tough kick off today - http://yougodo.blogspot.com.es/2012/09/length-of-spain-ride-day-1-ribadesella.html

Very uphill, but thank god in superb weather - it can be very hit and miss in Green Spain Laughing
