Was telling this joke to a mixed audience :


Two parrots were siting on a perch
the first parrot turns to the second
and says "do you smell fish"

Female member of audience says "dont understand that"
Explain " you know perch - fish"
She replies " if you had said cod ,I would have understood"

I retell joke

Two parrots were sitting on a cod
the first turns to the second
and says " could you not find a perch "
