Hello all,

May be wishful thinking, but does anyone have a half fairing, regardless of condition, for a DB2 that you are no longer enamored with? Repro would be ok as well, if they exist

Thanks!

Hello Embo,

ricambi-weiss-com do full fairings on e-bay for about £160 plus postage. (I'm not sure about half fairings, though). They're on ebay uk but probably are on the international site as well, as they're in Germany

Cheers, MikeJ

Hi MikeJ,

Thanks for the link, ideally I would like to get a half fairing, however that might do the trick as well. I wanted to get a half fairing for ease of maintenance, but much appreciated!

Tony

hi Tony

I'm sure they used to sell the half fairings- so I had a look on ebay- found this:

http://www.ebay.de/itm/BM2-KIT-CARENAGE-BIMOTA-PISTE-DB2-DB-2-FIBRE-RACING-/200482163422?pt=FR_JG_Moto_Pi%C3%A8ces&hash=item2eadab0ade

if easy maintenance is your target.

this still has a couple of days to run:
http://www.ebay.de/itm/Originalverkleidung-Bimota-DB-2-/261130238458?pt=Motorrad_Kraftradteile&hash=item3ccc9339fa
but he want's it to be picked up- no postage.

or it's an idea how to modify a standard full fairing for easy removal- I've seen this mod a few times and it doesn't look bad either.

Ian

hi tony,

I have one, it's repro with no coloring. but it's for racing, that means no holes for the headlamps. It has no holes at all, this work, you have to do by yourself.

If this is what are looking for, i can make some photos.
