Same wheels and brakes as mine but the frame has the adjustable steering head which mine doesn't even though it must be close to my s/n to be a bit mk1 and a bit mk2 _________________ Hursty from kiwi land |

ah ha..... so we're talking about a crossover model
now would that be a very late mk1 or a very early mk2?
More likely it would be a mongrel of all the parts Bimota had in stock A factory parts bin special _________________ SB6 mk1 (project mega light, big bore)

...If you look at the third from last picture....
I'm thinking the actual bars are the same length but the grip/switch gear/master cylinder are not pushed up the bar enough on the left. The right looks...er...right
Very worrying

Hursty....
Yours is a Mk2 with Mk1 wheels. Maybe an attempt at light weight wheels? _________________ SB6 mk1 (project mega light, big bore)

At the moment my bike is incredibly light
This is all I have had in my garage for the last month
Don't give your bike to a mechanic / road racer two weeks before the start of the race season Anyway my Samco hoses are due any day and the work can begin
No hurry really probably too hot for all the leather gear at the moment
Shorts and Jandals for now

...Now don't you get polishing that weird paint job off the bodywork....
...too hot indeed, bastid
...yesterday it never got above freezing, today it's persisting down....

Talking of OCD...
...the levers are different - left is solid all the way down, right is hollow-backed towards the outer end.
