Mark Hammond ( MH Racing near Bath) always seemed fair, and his work was as good as anywhere I've used.

Don't you fancy a crack at 'em yourself tho??

Tried it once without the proper tools and what a PITA Rolling Eyes
Although, after this experience, it will be cheaper to make the tools Wink

try RaceLab in Bournemouth - they used to set up the Enthusiasts bikes (mine included) and always seemed resonable

Oily,

Last summer I did servicing of the forks and it wasn’t more difficult than other type of forks I serviced
This is the special tool I made for it ( see pics ).

The most difficult part was to make the special tool, to find out what the size was of the flat sites of the cartridge
I can give you the dimensions of the special tool if you want ..so you can make one of your one.

Just shout..

...Thanks Vince Wink

How do these dimensions compare with your tool?

That's the way I'm leaning at the moment, I'm looking for tube of the right I.D and O.D. and just file the slot in the end Wink
