Ya gotta be joking.... His beginning was way before he sat on a yzf anything....
A veritable child prodigy destined for the heights.
I saw him race in a european 125 championship race in 1996 I think when he was only 16,
He rode an Aprilla 125 I think....
He started 7 on the grid.
Got up to 3rd before he overshot at the end of the main straight.
Rejoined in 5th place, worked his way back to third before dropping it under braking at the same point... picked it up and got back in fifth place and in the last 3 laps made his way back to third on the podium....
Incredible riding and an incredibly arrogant shit as evidenced by his autobiography but i still think he is probably related to the god I don't believe in...
But if he doesn't win one of the first 3 races this year then he should retire before the comparisons with Lance Armstrong start, youth is it's own drug is all I am saying, but I am hopeful that a hero can return. |

One thing for sure........
There's nowhere to hide with all those TV camera's watching so it'll be hero or zero for him

Yes - watching closely. Rossi and Marquez mixing it with Lorenzo and Pedrosa. Cal and Smith improving - looking good. Can't wait more! _________________ Now - SB6R, GSX1400, KTM 990 SuperDuke

yep....8th
Cal 5th
Cal could be getting a few podiums this year and maybe a win or two.
The big question......
Who will win the 2013 championship?
Choice of 4 I'm thinking _________________ SB6 mk1 (project mega light, big bore)

Doubt Cal will win one but he should get a podium.
JLo to win it. _________________ Don't read everything you believe |
