Aggggghhhhhhh. 12 hours left and I have to say I want it..
Reading through the ad there is no mention of major damage so why would it be categorised as unrepairable does anybody know.
And would it be possible to register it after repairs here at all?
And any ideas on approx price to ship? |

Beware is all that I can say;
A theft recovery is a hugh gamble. There is no way in knowing what all had been done to the bike. If the bike was stolen , most persons who steel vehicles treat them well. Quite the opposite. Its like a rental vehicle but multiplied many times over.
I would not consider such an item unless I personally was able to assess the damage in person. Pictures and written descriptions are on little value.
The fact that this bike was an insurance write off and/or has been labeled unrepairable should be considered a caution sign or word of warning ......
I would either go see the bike, or turn and walk away. Unless you can get it for next to nothing, its to risky IMHO.

Glad to see that it is now sold to someone else.... definitely would have been a risky buy for sure. |
