Try this place in Ipswich:

http://www.mdinaitalia.co.uk/bike_sales.html

YB11, New DB4, SB8K prototype... Mr. Green

If you want something in particular he can definitely get it for you.

Hands off the Mondial Peiga...I'm saving up for that baby! Very Happy

Hi

North Leicester Motorcycles has some in sometimes.

http://www.motomorini.co.uk/stock/stocklist.htm

Also the guy in Italy who bought up the stock of VDues:-

http://www.vdue.it/eng/altre.htm

He has a couple of SB8Ks listed at the moment.

All the best

Keith

Well I know of the SB8R and teh Special.
I'm also aware of the SB8K Santa Monika and Gobert (which Bimota still promoted on their site last year but apparnetly not anymore).

I just didn't know of the prototype and I can't really find anything on the site you listed either, at least nothing particular on the prototype that's for sale in one of the shops.

Both http://www.mdinaitalia.co.uk/bike_sales.html and http://www.vdue.it/eng/altre.htm offer an SB8K prototype where the latter also even offers a "regular" Santa Monica.
I was just wondering if there are any technical differences between the two.

By the way Vdue offers the prototype at a better price than the Santa Monica.

Anyways, my love goes out to an SB8R Special Very Happy

Yeah, I know where your coming from with the special but I'd consider just about any SB8 at the moment (cost dependent of course)

I know of few for sale in Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switserland, all Specials.
Price range form €5000 to €20.000 depending on age and mileage.

I have to sell my two bikes before I can buy the one I wont so I'm a bit reluctant to give up data but I'll look up the links and post 'em here, after the 250cc comes in!

Very Happy lol
It was listed last year in ANtwerp and had 35.000km on the clock.
Don't know if it's still there though.
Original license plate holder was cut off and stuff like that.

Looks to be true, I guess they still had the engines and frames but no more suspension (SB8K has Öhlins all around Shocked ) and bodywork.
