Great racing in the MotoGP at the moment hey. It's a shame Crutchlow crashed out last weekend, he was riding well and blitzed them in qualifying. It looks to me Yamaha need to find some more horsepower. Marquez appears to be the next of the aliens.

So... any of you chaps going to Silverstone next weekend?? I'll be watching from my lounge room in envy Crying or Very sad

I think the Yamaha engine and therefore bike needs a redesign. They've been stretching the original desigh from the 800 era to fit and I guess it just won't go any further

Silverstone isn't really a viewers circuit so make sure you can see a screen

Just watched final qualy - wow - Marquez seems to go beyond Alien - most of his lap looks like a defo accident yet still he's fastest!

Brit commentators have just said we have seen nothing like him for 35 years (Freddie Spencer) - I'm inclined to agree!

Think he's looking good for 'rookie of the year' Wink

Suspect the next 7 seasons may get a little duller though once he get the hang of it!

Weather looks good too - wish I was there.

PS - Yam should have their new 'seamless gearbox' at the next race which they think will get them back at the front.

Feel a little for Jorge - he's riding the wheels off it - the shake of his head in the pits when he saw how close Marquez was to him after his perfect lap in the first half of qualy, which had took over .5s off the previous lap record, said it all!

Yeah you could see the frustration on Lorenzo's face after qualy. Marquez looks amazing. He'll be hard to beat. Unusual to watch Silverstone in the sunshine Laughing

Great racing - JL really wanted it today! Good to see him with a smile back on his face.

Dani just seems to have lost the "edge" he had late last season

I suspect part of Dani's edge at the end of last season was Jorge was so far ahead in the championship and played it safe
