Jolly moto pipe's, the only one's to have !!!!!!!! In the days of stroke racing the jolly's were the pipes to have
According to Piero they give the best spread of power, start to come on song about 6000rpm.But then I ain't ridden any other piped vdues.

Only picture I currently have is this.

The full Corsa pipes I have sound even better, but they tuck under the seat unit and make putting a number plate on - I have managed it but they are LOUD!! It also then has power delivery like an old style 2 stroke -zero-zero-zero -300%-redline!!

Great news Smile
I talked to Piero and since this is one of the last engines he assembled,
I don't need to loctite the 4 small screws as it is already done by him.

Hmmmm,My engine was built in 2012 and there certainly was no lock tight on there.
Its not a major issue the hardest bit you have a tool for now.
By the way how did you find one of those, looked everywhere for one and in the end had Piero send me one and even then there is an issue with the socket depth but can't remember what it hit.

Seems the same as Ford Transit...although no diameter noted in the listing...

Perhaps send a question and I'll have one also......

Thanks for the pics guys! Very Happy I love the look of the exhaust completely under the tail! Do you know if any of the same chambers are still for sale?

I have a first version bike. I have completely disassembled the bike. All of the hardware and brackets have been electroless nickle plated, the frame and swingarm hand sanded and polished. The motor didn't fit worth a crap in the frame, so I shimmed it. I blueprinted the cases to cylinders, transfer ports cleaned up and edges deburred, and gapless top rings. In the process of redesigning the reed cage and throttle-body transitions. Make everything flow smoother! I've reversed engineered the ecu and made a daughter card to replace the eprom so the mapping and operating parameters can be tuned correctly with a laptop. I hope to have it done by the end of the summer here. Too many irons in the fire!!

They are still available and sure I have seen advertised on US and Italian ebay. They go for about €1500 and need different jets and power valve map etc.

When you say a first version bike I guess you talking injection ?
Did it have any of the lubrication mods ?

Yes, the injected model. The bike came from Piero through Bimota Spirit here in the US. I was told it had all the mods done by Piero before he sold them to Bimota Spirit.

Just found some on ebay.it but they are asking 2150 euros!! Hope there gold plated!! That's almost $3000 US dollars!! Shocked

Think he quoted me about that also but has to order them in as he had none at the factory when I was there the other week.
If he will not give you that price I have a bike coming from him next week and will get them for you and post on if you need. Let me know.
