went to view some rare (and expensive) two-stroke gems yesterday and in conversation with the shop owner was offered the chance to sit on this............

having run my hands all over its carbon fibre clad flanks, I thought it would be rude not to accept. I was very careful not to dribble on the lustrous paintwork. Very Happy

Always loved that styling... bought a 96 VFR because of it! Just a tad cheaper... Now, problem is, would you ever ride the thing if you had it? Multi millions in the bank... yes. Otherwise, mmmmmm, think not. Thats the shame of it unless it had high miles anyway and then why not? Sod it, how much did he want for it? Twisted Evil

it's such a shame that the best part of the bike is hidden behind the fairing. Nice to see the discreet "NR 32 valves" logo on the tacho. And the deeply recessed, almost holographic speedo. And the (2) carbon wings on the sidestand. And.........
If I had the £38k spare to buy it (although the pictured bike is sold) I would spray it matt black and adorn it with tasteless Motrax blue and red anodised tat "just to be different". And track day it.
Girls bike indeed - you really have to see one up close to appreciate the quality rarely found even on a "limited production" bike. The carbon fibre is streets ahead of my SB8 in the quality stakes.

And that, of course, is why it's one of the few bikes that's more exotic than Bimota Wink

And it's also why it's £38000 Laughing
