I'm about to replace the brake pads...
Usually I like to go sinter... but I guess the cast iron rotors would not like sinter pads...
I don't want to go carbon as they need many brakes to warm up and could be dangerous in sporty street use...
what kind of pads have you purchased last time you've changed yours? _________________ Honda CB450K1 - CB750K2 - CB500K1 - RC30 - Ducati 750SS - Bimota SB6 |

I finally bought sbs ceramic pads.
I was told that synter pads would have eaten the cast iron rotors and have not so good brake feeling...
Organic pads would brake less on steel rotors but are the way to go on cast iron ones... _________________ Honda CB450K1 - CB750K2 - CB500K1 - RC30 - Ducati 750SS - Bimota SB6 |

Give the brakes a good tug to get the heat in the discs then you'll find they can really stop the bike _________________ Don't read everything you believe |
