|

Hi All,
Help is much appreciated to settle some worrying issues with a possible purchase of a SB8R.
The bike ( advertised here : http://lisboacity.olx.pt/bimota-sb8r-4500km-iid-456305857 ) seems to be in great shape, only 4500kms. Its a bit dirty, but a thorough clean and polish should bring it up to nick. I had a test drive today, seemed flawless.
My first question is ; where can I get an air filter for it? Who makes them?
Second Question; who makes the rear sprocket replacement, or is there any compatibility with any other bike, so I can get a high quality Renthal rear sprocket? The chain I take it is 520, so pretty easy there.
Last question: I would like to get a power commander for it, however there is none listed in the Power Commander site for this bike. I heard that the Triumph 955 should work, but its a bit vague. Any ideas on this? Anyone know the exact power commander part number for this to fit?
Thanks a million for your help, I am a bit worried as far as spares are concerned, by this I mean availability etc....
Help greately appreciated!
Cheers

The chain, there's probably a number on the sprockets, supply it to any stockist and they'll hunt down the sprocket. The chain pitch is on the chain. You need to count the number of rivets and that will give you the length. _________________ Don't read everything you believe |
