my cans are welded on as it is a one off system and i dont know how the origernal ones were fitted.
and as for the boots they are over 11 years old and came with the bike and will be swoped for newer boots when i get the bike on the road ,
i have just seen an old ad for your bike from last year did you buy it from a dealer ?

no - private sale off Pistonheads classifieds. I did find a previous ad, from the same vendor, when he rather optimistically tried to sell it for £4000 Shocked
Send me the link to the dealer ad when you get a minute. Ta.
I've just sheared the remaining stud / nut on the l/h can and it's all come apart - bit of re-engineering required now.

I did not want to be rude as I saw it for sale for 4 grand. When I was looking for one and I only paid 3 for mine
So I thought mabe you paid a lot for yours , I got mine cheap as it had stood for 10 years
