I live in a mostly warm climate very conducive to daily riding. In addition, I work 5.5 miles from home so daily commute is not an issue. True, it will not get much work out now when it's pretty darn cold in the morning and darkness settles in around 5 pm. But in the warmer months it will be ridden at least twice a week if not more, even with another bike around.
With the amount of traffic we get it's best to make your presence known as intensely as possible. The HID lamps draw less current than regular filament bulbs and tend to catch the eye. I have to admit that I did not modify my Boxer yet but always ride with high beam on. The Rockester I sold about 6 months ago had a pulsating stop light - an effective and easy mod. |

Got a call from the owner of the dealership - the deal is still on, he will have the list of done items over to me by Tuesday. The fairing is still with the repair shop, I will get a call when the bike is all together. looks like Christmas is back on  |

| After verbally re confirming the deal on the SB6R with a dealer and waiting to come down to see how the fairings looked, I was just informed that the dealer sold the bike from under me for $1500 more. I sent the dealer an email informing him that I can come in to do the paperwork over the past weekend but received no response. I did have a salesperson call me saying that the deal is still in the works. Oh well, the dealer simply used my offer as a back up to find a better deal. Hopefully I'll be back here once again, but the next time as a Bimota owner...thanks for all the support |

That's a shame mate. Something will come along for you. Bimotas are much cheaper in uk and Europe for you guys.

That's a bit a bit of kick in the bollocks.
Still as said have a look around there something might come up that's a bit more of a straight forward deal. In some ways though it's a bit typical of owning (or trying to own) a Bimota

| Well, just got kicked in the nuts once more - this time by a YB11 seller. Advertised as new, this one was anything but. Took me $200 for a pre purchase inspection to find out but that was the best money I probably spent recently. It's the disappointment that's the kicker. Oh well, the quest continues |

| You may try Bob at Bimota Spirit. I purchased my Tesi thru him. He has an extensive client list and does not advertise. Just let him know what your looking for. His reputation is top notch. |
