hello mate
did you buy that rotor and hub from Guido ?
if you did ask him as he runs one on his v due
thats who borat [zeeltronc ] man/boss
told me to contact about it
or just contact borat and ask how much a box is and if he has he got a loom kit so its plug and play ? also ask what maps the box comes with
also let me know how you get on as i need to buy my zeel box soon
apparently its a v24 box you need for a v due
borat said once you have one of the rotor they work very well with his v24 box |

Guido is very helpfull and has all the parts needed.
I'am thinking of buying it if it gives me a better/ smoother engine.
Remove the 5-6000 rpm dip etc
There are no two stroke dyno tuners in my area so I need to rely on a better preprogramed ignition/ exhaust map than the standard one.
So if there are anybody with an aftermarked ignition system I really appreciate any input.
I have a zeeltronic on my Aprilia RS250 and are very happy with the system. |

i talked with Guido yesterday and he says he has plenty of maps for these bikes and he needs to know what spec the engine /bike
as the box comes with a few maps already programed in
it also can come with a loom kit to make it plug and play
on the other bikes i have these work great and so do ignitek ignitions.
im ordering mine next week as ive got no choice as i dont have any of the
v due electrics |

i will post this here to keep all the zeeltronic cdi powervalve controller
info in the same place
borat has sent it with a start up map in it ,to get it running but i need a good bit more than that so if anyone on here has any usefull info
for my exhaust man we need the ignition curve and PV curve that you run on a carb v-due
its to desighn the exhausts ,the person doing it makes some very nice pipes i have some on my tzr250 3xv and aprilia rs250
and they work and sound fantastic .
so any help with
the ignition curve and PV curve if any of you have it or have a box from guido and can share a map they use ? |

I'm not running a Zeeltronic (although interested)
But try these values if you're at a dead end, and this stuff should be highly dependent on your exhaust anyway:
Ignition
0 rpm = 7 degrees
1000 = 7
1200 = 12
3000 = 14
4000 = 21
7500 = 21
8000 = 20
9000 = 7
10,000 = 3
Power Valve
0 rpm = 52
1800 = 52
2500 = 0
3500 = 0
5000 = 22
7500 = 33
9000 = 52 |

it will be dependant on the exhausts ,but i need a good map to give to the person making my exhausts ,
as its part of the info he needs to work them out
i have all the info that we needed ,bike is booked in for them half way through may |

i went straight to borat norbo , as i needed some advice and help with the v24 box and it came ready set up for a v-due
i didnt think you would have one , as these engines fire both cylinders at the same time ,like a big bang motor. i think thats why they sound a bit funny .
are you going to get yours fired up and use it ? yours has been started but not ridden hasent it ? maybe not ? |
