That looks like the same set up as mine

The Fag type slip bearing

I will dig them out tomorrow if needed
but you can measure them when apart

Are you going to full premix ?

Bike looking great , real nice job

if you can send me a pic and give me big end bearing size that would help Trev so i can order them now
im going to be running the bike on the pump ,
the normal ones into the cranks and the other 2 lines are going to the carbs ,1 each and the feeds are going on the inlet part of the carb like kr1s ,tzr,
this is just a rough build , once its running and everything on and working i will strip it again and get it all painted ,plastic coated ,and nicol plating it should be nice once done

sorry dont know how to upload fotos..
But I can deliver all bearings and also crank rebuilding with "normal" conrods and better lubrication oil supply. "Racetrack tested, 125 HP"

We have all parts for motor, platics etc. for Vdue

We can keep you running.

hi Guido good to hear from you again
can you look at the pics above of my crank cases please and the bearings ,what needs doing to make this a reliable motor ?
i was told that the engine had some mods done by the race team to
sort out the crank problems , ?
how would i know if it had ?
the mains are ok ive had someone look at them today but one of the big end bearings needs changing so getting both done while they are in bits ,
any advice you can give would be appreciated !
like how your getting better lubrication to the big end bearing ?
im having auto lube into the pwk carb same as normal 2 strokes and also keeping the 2 feeds into the cranks .
will it be ok like that ?

GARY

Your set up was the 500 cup bike mods

I run the same set up
but with even more up grades

- drilled cases for fuel mixture to main bearings
- slotted con rods
- no case oil feed , just premix

Run for years like this no problem

Cheers Trev

THE DRILLED CASES YOURS HAS DONE IS THAT
looking down where the barrels fit either side of the con rod there is a hole drilled at each side with a chamferd bowl shaped bit to catch more oil ? if yes mine has those also
or is it a different drilled cases ?
my engine is no 25 trofero so was a race motor
