but so far I have nothing back.
Gonna get my mate to give him a call when he gets back as he speaks German hopefully that might help.
Bike is behaving brilliantly just a joy to take out for a spin.
Really pleased I got it
Be nice if it would stop raining.
bugger to clean that mud off
again cheers for help / advice _________________ G Smith.

I f I didnt say so before...Rudolf doesnt do English....so if I email him I translate it into German using google translate first....just type what you want to say in ENglish and click translate...cut and paste it in to an email....he usually replies then.... |

Rudolf
Came through with the goods
Now my SB6R has a nice carbon rear hugger fitted.very pleased
finishes bike of just nice.
Next issue the mirrors are pretty rubbish, so looking at fitting rear camera instead, anyone have any experience with this idea or is it a waste of time.
Also anyone know what the fuel level switch / sender is from, (its not the donor bike i know).
Air filter is not the best (shite) are there any close fitting alternatives out there ?
Although its a bit high maintenace, like all things Italian, buying this SB6R has been one of the smartest things I have done last year, mind you I have done some daft stuff. _________________ G Smith.

For an air filter, get in touch with ITG. _________________ What, Jonny's gone! |

There were alloy mirror extenders that were an aftermarket part. Or you could just lift your elbows. Anything in the tail gets hot from the exhausts. _________________ Don't read everything you believe |

You do get used to the mirrors eventually, although are not much good. For air filter, I just use a foam filter sheet cut to size. _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |
