Took my 998R in for mot today to Peter Bakers in Lynn and they have a SB6R for sale. Bloke selling it has no real idea what it's worth. It's running an aftermarket exhaust but the original comes with it. Took some pics with my phone (hence crap quality). Will get better ones if anyone wants.

Couple of people on here were looking for a 6 or 6R.
Might be worth mentioning this bike in the for sale bit Steve Wink

Think he's open to offers, didn't meet the seller, it was the mechanic who knows I have a Bim and asked me to mention it. A dealer in London has told the guy he reckons he can get 10k, but seller isn't convinced it's worth that. To the left of the clocks is a shift light display, but I couldn't see if a quickshifter had been fitted. It had some cosmetic repair done to right side by the shop due to low speed spill on roundabout, I had a look and couldn't see any damage so looks like repairs done very well. I'm going back to shop prob next week, so will ask/investigate more, obviously that could be good bargaining point.

Not sure when I'll next be over at the shop, so might be worth you contacting them direct, but will see what I can do in the next couple of weeks.

I spoke to the mechanic there who told me about the lowside, he too mentioned £10k, but that was what the bike owner had been told it was worth by a dealer in London. I said that i didn't think it was worth that. Sounds like the shop owner and the mechanic aren't reading from the same page ! Will make more enquiries when I take my Bim for it's mot in next week or so. Don't think it will have gone anywhere at that price to be honest.

Went to the dealers today and the Bim was gone ! Asked after it and it looks as though the owner has a buyer, willing to pay between 9 and 9.5K. so has taken bike away.
