That engine looks so trick Keith compared to my SPS. Looks like so nice parts on it. Love the open belt covers. Great looking thing. More pics please.

Hi Reggie,
you should bring your sps down sometime to compare.
still slowly working away on the spondon, discovered its been fitted with a lovely slipper clutch, hardly used as new, not a dent on the clutch basket to be seen, even the water pump is clean as, hardly used is an understatement.

Will do Keith. Going to tax it on the 1st of April, then I will get a good dry day and bring it down.

I saw one of these a while ago - but it had an SS motor in it.

This looks like it would be a pretty good ride, especially with an SPS mill!

Many thanks all for your compliments.
Today took her to mot station, no hassles there and a nice 18 mile run trip to shake her down. Everything working great, the suspension is magic carpet smooth, if l took my diavel down that back road, l would be booking a chiropractor appointment.
Now the annoying thing is getting form v55/5, used to be you could pick them up in the post office, now no one keeps them and are only available to order online and takes 10 days to arrive
Sad

At least they post them out for free though Waggy.....and just maybe...if you'd clicked on their website some 6 months ago you've have one in your hands now....Know what you mean though..."old skool" pop down to the PO and pick one up....rather than plan ahead and use internet...sign of the times I'm afraid....

Nice job done on that Waggy....how did you clean up the blue and red bling anodising that was on the centre shaft of the steering column and lock nut to get them clean and ally shiney again?

Also note the horn for Daytime MOT...and addition of a kill/starter switch that wasnt there before.....Did the bike not have a starter motor/battery, total loss system previously???....Presumably thats a speedo you've added also...?
