Interesting taper roller bearings in the steering head with the bottom one larger than the top - not unusual. However the size is unusual at 26mm inner, 55mm outer and 18 mm deep?? Any ideas what it's off or where I can get one

Hello Nige-Does it have a makers name on it, or is that hidden by the steering head? I can't find it in the SKF or Timken catalogues.

Cheers, MikeJ

I think the bearing inner is really 30mm and I don't have the correct stem for the bike. The steering head stem I have is 26mm parallel but I actually have a Suzuki one which is 30mm at the bottom and 26 at the top. May have to fit a bush. We'll see
