Nice...well...other than the red rear wheel and bit of damage...but easy fix...also seems to be missing the rear light lens...and they are obsolete....sort of like a Cagiva Freccia rear light...but they have an internal reflector of 2 circles that makes it look like a twin bulb fitment.

Says Number one...but hes loaded a video of an SB6 No. 1...and theres a video of same bloke and house on a Db3 saying its number 1.....find it hard to believe he could scure so many oo1 serial numbers......

I would believe it's real. He is a really nice guy...name's Chris, was a dealer or something like that. I bought a Moto Guzzi Le Mans IV SE from him years ago. He's a serious collector...hundreds of bikes. His dealership supplied the 2 GPZ900R's Tom Cruise rode in the movie Top Gun...painted to look like the Euro GPZ750R

The seller finally posted a video with the correct bike. I believe the seller should have no problem providing the picture of a vin if asked through a PM.

California titles are a bit screwy when it comes to model years. My former 1990 BMW GS had an actual production date of 10/88 but was titled in Cali as 1990. I wasn't offering it as anything but an exceptionally clean older airhead and the new owner had no problems with that.

Reached almost $10,000 and reserve not yet met......seems pricey considering whats not right with the bike...and that the owner seems to have fallen out of love with her some years ago.

Video shows rear indicators present on "chopped" rear end...but pictures dont have them on....number plate is simply cabled tied on through 2 holes so a bit flappy and pathetic to be frank...pictures show rear light lens missing...but video its on...albeit the wrong light unit for that bike...should appear as a twin light unit with 2 round circles on the light lens creating the illusion.....then theres the red rear wheel....broken screen...damage to bodywork that he calls "plastic"...the only plastic on these bikes is the indicators and mirrors, rear light lens etc...certanly not the fibreglass tank/seat unit as is....Its also missing the slide switch on the LHS toggle switchgear...that operates the lights from sidelight to full on...only having the dip or mainbeam switch remaining...yet he shows the rear light is on...then has to flick the main beam to get a light on on the front unit to get at least one light...so the sidelight and main light are also blown....

Put it all down to some old timer with no time nor ability to fix and maintain...but it makes you wonder what else is broke/not correct or need fixing.........Zero mileage and mint...yeh..worth the money as a collector....but as a runner no...clearly not maintained so money to be spent....1-1.5K to get it road ready and safe...then bodywork, paint, switchgear, tyres etc etc etc....Wish him luck with the sale though...just not being entirely honest IMHO

Bims, in the end a visual inspection is a must, a much more thorough inspection is preferred
