Shame that someone robbed a few bits...especially when they are "one offs" specific to Bimotas......Here....not what you need...but to give you an idea what Bimota do...is the bushes used on their DB1....they are "mere" spacers"...and hidden beneath the bodywork so you dont see them...until you remove the outer bolt that goes through them and they fall away...

Thanks 2Bims, originally I thought the spacer screwed into the subframe, but I see now from the pics that the it's the screw that does that, passing through the spacer underneath the bodywork. That makes sense that the spacers are gone too, fallen out when the screws were pinched.

Are you going to register it for the road?

Yes, that's the plan. The bike has import approval paperwork with it.

This fellow in Germany is selling the 2 bolts you need...but doesnt have the ally spacers that go with them though...but these could be made up in alloy/nylon etc

I thought I'd got some spare bolts but they are different on the YB9 to my other YB's

I'm making some new spacers for mine so will make another set for Rich.

I've made a drawing of the bolts in CAD but forgot to put the images and photos onto my memory stick. I'll be going into work tomorrow so will send them over to Rich then.

Best regards, Richard
