Hi Guys
Need some advise please
Seen a Sb6r streetfighter for sale with 2,000 miles on it
Its one of the ones that a german dealer converted when they bought the last bikes from Bimota
Whats your feeling on a price for it and do you think its worth same or less than a std bike
Cheers |

Depends how much you want it
they don't come along every day after all.
I much prefer the looks of the SB6 but the 6R is a much better finished bike.
I personally think that 5.5K is a hefty price for a standard 6r and when you throw away the very expensive fairing and other bit's, it certainly isn't gonna be worth as much.
Saying that, I love my 6R fighter. The seating position is excellent for my old back and wrists but still brings out the hooligan in me
If you've ever ridden a 1200 bandit, think more grins, more grunt, more exclusivity, more originality etc. etc.
Now, putting a price on all that.......well, how many more are you ever gonna find
(A clue.... I paid less than half that for my 6R fighter but it's not a ZTK one and I did have to do a bit of work to it) |

Absolutely John,
Bid um in the bo11ox, as they say in the trade
The problem with that is, if you bid too low and they feel insulted, they may not want to deal with you any more |
