|
|
Hello......fellow DB owners,
I picked up a DB 7 seat unit and struggled to find a rear light to fit.
I have a DB 9 and I could see that the DB 9 light would fit the DB7 seat unit.
Therefore I could order a new DB 7 or 9 tail light from the usual outlets or try a comparison with a number of cheap alternatives.
Bingo ......as the old woman in the corner would say....go to www eBay and type in......
12V 10LED red lamp tail light rear brake and a host of items less than 7.00gbp come up from the Far East.
My actual unit came from eBay seller autopartlowerprice and it fits perfectly albeit UPSIDEDOWN.....
but as it is LED and the number plate has a separate light......
a tail light at a fraction of the price
Word of warning, though.....
Follow my description as close as possible even leaving out the gaps between 12 and V and 10 and LED....otherwise I cannot vouch for others
Hope this helps

Thank you for the link. That's the light. Where did you get your seat. I need a seat for a db8. I think the db7 uses the same seat. |

MadMods............when you say SEAT do you mean the upholstered section OR the GRP/KEVLAR/CARBON seat assembly as per DB7 ...OR both?
regards

Further to continued investigation
The actual Bimota item is actually supplied by KOSO
Search their suppliers and the rear light is also listed in other items
Hope this helps
